SRX9536640: Target capture data of Saxifraga thianthia
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina MiSeq) run: 438,371 spots, 132.4M bases, 65.1Mb downloads

Design: Target capture data obtained through sequencing after target enrichment with Saxifraga-specific bait kit (produced by Arbor Biosciences). Libraries for use in target enrichment were obtained from genomic DNA from silica-stored and air-dried herbarium material.

Study: Target capture data of Saxifraga (Saxifragaceae)
show Abstracthide Abstract
Target capture data generated for Saxifraga ssp. through use of a specialized target capture reference sequences. Data is used for the study of the evolution of the genus Saxifraga, and effect of multi-copy loci within NGS datasets on phylogenetic inference. Most sequence data is retrieved from herbarium specimens and the effect of specimen age on target locus retrieval is tested.
